You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. Please ensure that your return is postmarked or handed over to the carrier within this window to comply with our policy.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please send an email to service@ordersmage.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your original payment method. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or credit card provider.
